Our infused olive oils are based in a mild extra virgin olive oil then infused with the botanical essential oils of each flavor. Agrumato in a process in which olives are mixed with the whole fruit/seasoning prior to crush and then the oil is extracted at the same time “fuseing” the flavors together.
