We’re delighted to bring you the ultimate experience in extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars. With two locations — in historic downtown DeLand and in Ormond Beach — our polished stainless steel fustis hold over 30 varieties of Ultra-Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils and more than 35 infused balsamic vinegars imported from Italy.

Our oils are sourced through our trusted partnership with Veronica Foods Company (VFC), a family-run business whose story spans four generations.

Founded in New York City by Italian immigrant Salvatore Esposito, Veronica Foods began in the 1930s with the registration of the Delizia Olive Oil brand, brought over from Naples, Italy. The Esposito family later moved west to Oakland, California, with dreams of establishing the first U.S. olive oil mill. Though WWII put those plans on hold, Salvatore’s eldest son, Anthony, built the company into a thriving food supplier while keeping olive oil as an honored family tradition.

From the 2000s onward, VFC began transforming how North American consumers understood olive oil — focusing on flavor, freshness, and health benefits, not just origin labels. They introduced rigorous tasting and lab testing standards that set a new bar for quality.

In the 2010s, the fourth generation joined leadership. Leah Bradley, granddaughter of Salvatore, became CFO, strengthening ties with farmer-suppliers worldwide, while her sister Rachel Bradley led product development, innovating new recipes and infusions for oils and vinegars.

Today, Veronica Foods imports over a million gallons of premium olive oil each year, alongside authentic balsamic vinegars and exclusive specialty pantry items. They partner with small regional mills across the globe — from Chile, Argentina, and Australia to Greece, Italy, Portugal, and Spain — helping artisan producers bring their oils to North America. Their family mill in Monastir, Tunisia, continues to produce award-winning extra virgin olive oils, including organic and fused whole-fruit citrus oils.
