Shipping, Returns & Damages
All sales are final on olive oils and vinegars. Should you need to return any other item please be sure that it is still in its original packaging and unopened. You may contact us within 5 days of purchase at email@example.com to make arraignments for your return. A refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping once we receive your return in store. Please allow up to four weeks for this process.
While we take every precaution to protect your order, sometimes damage occurs. Because we ship via Priority Mail our shipments are insured. Should your order arrive damaged please notify us immediately providing photos of the damage. Should you prefer, you may file the claim directly via USPS Claims. We are not responsible for damages caused during shipment, however, we will do our best to correct the situation.
Please note that without photos we are not able to assist regarding any type of damage.
