Shipping, Returns & Damages

All sales are final on olive oils, vinegars and other food items. Should you need to return any other item please be sure that it is still in its original packaging and unopened. You may contact us within 5 days of purchase at [email protected] to make arraignments for your return. A refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping once we receive your return in store. Please allow up to four weeks for this process.

Same Day Shipping

Experience the convenience of our Same Day Shipping service! To ensure swift dispatch, place your orders Monday through Friday by 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. This offer applies to all in-stock products available at our DeLand location. Please note that products sourced from other locations may require an additional minimum processing time of 24 hours. We are committed to providing you with the fastest service possible, and we appreciate your understanding for orders with items originating from different locations.

In Case of Damages/Missing Packages During Shipping

While we take every precaution to protect your order, sometimes damage occurs. Should your order arrive damaged please notify us immediately providing photos of the damage. Should you prefer, you may file the claim directly via USPS Claims or UPS Claims. We are not responsible for damages caused during shipment, however, we will do our best to correct the situation.

If your product was damaged during shipping, you must save all packaging materials, products (even broken) and paperwork. Photographs will also be required to be sent of all items in the shipment. If you do not save it, the shipping company may decline the claim and therefore we cannot replace your items. We reserve the right to correct any orders that are damaged during shipping or that are defective. 

Should your package become lost/delayed please note that we require 30 days to ensure that delivery is not made before any action will be taken on our end. During those 30 days we will work with our local delivery service to try and track down your package on your behalf but once it leaves our store we are limited on what we can do to track it down.
