All sales are final on olive oils, vinegars and other food items. Should you need to return any other item please be sure that it is still in its original packaging and unopened. You may contact us within 5 days of purchase at [email protected] to make arraignments for your return. A refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping once we receive your return in store. Please allow up to four weeks for this process.
Orders that qualify for free shipping are shipped using the method that we deem appropriate and therefore may not ship via USPS 2-3 day priority/UPS 3 Day and may ship via UPS Ground. All orders will have tracking information and insurance.
In Case of Damages/Missing Packages During Shipping
While we take every precaution to protect your order, sometimes damage occurs. Should your order arrive damaged please notify us immediately providing photos of the damage. Should you prefer, you may file the claim directly via USPS Claims or UPS Claims. We are not responsible for damages caused during shipment, however, we will do our best to correct the situation.
Please note that without photos we are not able to assist regarding any type of damage.
Should your package become lost/delayed please note that we require 30 days to ensure that delivery is not made before any action will be taken on our end. During those 30 days we will work with our local delivery service to try and track down your package on your behalf but once it leaves our store we are limited on what we can do to track it down.
