Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase! Please note that all sales are final on olive oils, vinegars, and other food items. If you need to return a non-food item, it must be unopened and in its original packaging. Email us at [email protected] within 5 days of purchase to request a return. Once the item arrives back to us, we’ll issue your refund (minus shipping). Please allow up to 4 weeks for this process.
Same Day Shipping
Need it quickly? Orders placed Monday–Friday by 11:00 AM EST ship the same day from our DeLand location (for in-stock items). Products sourced from other locations may take an additional 24 hours to process. We do our best to ship promptly so your order arrives as soon as possible.
At The Anointed Olive, we work hard to ensure every customer has the opportunity to enjoy their favorite oils and vinegars. To help maintain stock levels, certain items may have quantity limits in place. When limits apply, you’ll notice that additional quantities cannot be added to your cart, and orders may be adjusted as needed.
If you require larger quantities, please contact the store directly. A minimum of 30 days’ advance notice may be required for orders exceeding five bottles of a single flavor so we can ensure availability.

Damages & Missing Packages
We carefully pack every order, but sometimes shipping carriers can be rough in transit.
Natural Cork & Minor Oil Seepage
Our olive oils are bottled with natural corks. During shipping—especially in warmer weather—packages may spend extended periods on their side. It is not uncommon for a very small amount of oil to seep around the cork. Because ultra-premium olive oil spreads easily, even a few drops can make the bottle appear much leakier than it actually is. We intentionally fill our bottles to the shoulders, so minor seepage typically does not result in any meaningful product loss and does not affect the quality of the oil.
If your package arrives with significant leakage, a broken bottle, or other damage:
- Contact us immediately and provide photos of the shipping box, packaging, and damaged items.
- Save everything (box, packaging, and items) until the claim is resolved, as carriers require this.
Important: If a package is damaged and returned to us by the carrier, we cannot issue a refund or send replacements until the package has been received back and the damage assessed.
For missing packages, please allow up to 30 days to ensure the shipment is not delayed or delivered late. During this time, we will work with the carrier to help track it down.
