Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 (8-ounce) packages whole white mushrooms
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup Hot Honey Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 1–2 minutes, until the mushrooms begin to soften.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Hot Honey Vinegar, honey, and minced garlic.
- Pour the mixture over the mushrooms and continue to sauté for 3–5 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the sauce has reduced to a glossy glaze.
- Serve warm with rice or quinoa.
