All of our olive oils are gluten-free, dairy-free and Kosher. We recommend that our olive oils be used within 12 months of date of purchase. Our infused olive oils are based in a mild extra virgin olive oil then infused with the botanical essential oils of each flavor. Agrumato in a process in which olives are mixed with the whole fruit/seasoning prior to crush and then the oil is extracted at the same time “fuseing” the flavors together.

I bought a 200ml bottle of the Wild Mushroom and Sage and I absolutely love it! It’s slightly earthy and tastes like it could go on about anything! It’s good on veggies, bread, chicken, or steak. I made a pesto with this oil and it was awesome. I also bought the Blackberry Ginger Vinegar and paired them together as recommended. It sounds admittedly very strange but it was incredible. The two flavors balanced each other out and was addicting to dip bread in.

I used this is eggs and vegetables. The flavor popped and made breakfast a real treat! Love the flavor!
