We recommend using it in dressings, marinades, with cucumbers, chopped salads, drizzled over spinach, fish, green beans, poultry, meat, in soups, egg dishes, creamy sauces, aioli or olive oil based mayonnaise, for making tartar sauce, roasted potatoes, potato salad, roasted and fresh vegetables, braised white beans, or for baking delectable herb breads and rolls.

All of our olive oils are gluten-free, dairy-free and Kosher. We recommend that our olive oils be used within 12 months of date of purchase. Our infused olive oils are based in a mild extra virgin olive oil then infused with the botanical essential oils of each flavor. Agrumato in a process in which olives are mixed with the whole fruit/seasoning prior to crush and then the oil is extracted at the same time “fuseing” the flavors together.
