Substitute anywhere you might use melted butter, including over hot popcorn, with seafood such as crab or shrimp, or to dip bread in. Add sea salt and you won’t believe it’s not butter!!!
You can also freeze and slice as “butter” pats. Take it out once it’s solid and spread it over warm muffins, scones, or toast.
