Substitute anywhere you might use melted butter, including over hot popcorn, seafood such as crab or shrimp, or to dip bread in. Add sea salt and you won’t believe it’s not butter!!!
You can also freeze and slice as “butter” pats. Take it out once it’s solid and spread it over warm muffins, scones, or toast.

*NOTE: When recipe calls for butter, use 3/4 to 1 conversion. When recipe calls for any type of oil (vegetable, canola, etc.), substitute same amount of our olive oil.

Agrumato in a process in which olives are mixed with the whole fruit/seasoning prior to crush and then the oil is extracted at the same time “fuseing” the flavors together.

Nice buttery taste, I like to add a little salt and dip fresh french bread in it. Tastes like real butter.
