 The process of using fresh cut LEEK cold fused with early green Koroneiki olives is really the only way to preserve the full flavor of both the LEEK and the Koroneiki. This, and the high concentration of Leek is why the product is so robust, flavorful and aromatic- a sweet oniony flavor with rich and savory garlic notes.

All of our olive oils are gluten-free, dairy-free and Kosher. We recommend that our olive oils be used within 12 months of date of purchase. Our infused olive oils are based in a mild extra virgin olive oil then infused with the botanical essential oils of each flavor. Fused in a process in which olives are mixed with the whole fruit/seasoning prior to crush and then the oil is extracted at the same time “fuseing” the flavors together.
