Our Eureka Lemon Olive Oil is produced by infusing natural 100% pure Eureka Lemon essential oil with the fresh, early harvest, UP certified extra virgin olive oil. The resulting flavor is perfect for seafood (a must for sautéing shrimp or scallops) or to marinate chicken or fish. Try this versatile oil in baked goods and sweets such as cookies, biscotti, cakes, and to make granola. It’s fabulous in marinades, dressings on salads, vegetables and more.

All of our olive oils are gluten-free, dairy-free and Kosher. We recommend that our olive oils be used within 12 months of date of purchase. Our infused olive oils are based in a mild extra virgin olive oil then infused with the botanical essential oils of each flavor. Agrumato in a process in which olives are mixed with the whole fruit/seasoning prior to crush and then the oil is extracted at the same time “fuseing” the flavors together.
