At harvest we used double the volume of peppers than we traditionally do to really maximize the flavor. These two fresh ingredients are simply crushed together and mixed in a malaxer which releases and combines the green essential oil of the fresh peppers with the olive oil. The resulting marriage boasts lingering spiciness, slightly bitter pleasing green vegetal notes and a vibrant zing from capsaicin. Our Jalapeno fused olive oil adds a savory, tantalizing kick to salsas, marinades, soups, grilled foods, vegetables and more. Caution: hot!!

All of our olive oils are gluten-free, dairy-free and Kosher. We recommend that our olive oils be used within 12 months of date of purchase. Our infused olive oils are based in a mild extra virgin olive oil then infused with the botanical essential oils of each flavor. Fused in a process in which olives are mixed with the whole fruit/seasoning prior to crush and then the oil is extracted at the same time “fuseing” the flavors together.
