We crush the fresh produce together to make this beautiful (fused) - a combination of whole, fresh citrus fruits crushed with early harvest olives. Our Whole Fruit Blood Orange is exceedingly versatile; use it on fish, in desserts, baking, with seafood, chicken, pork, fruit, salads and so much more.

All of our olive oils are gluten-free, dairy-free and Kosher. We recommend that our olive oils be used within 12 months of date of purchase. Our infused olive oils are based in a mild extra virgin olive oil then infused with the botanical essential oils of each flavor. Fused in a process in which olives are mixed with the whole fruit/seasoning prior to crush and then the oil is extracted at the same time “fuseing” the flavors together.
