The Valente Family has been handcrafting artisanal pasta in Charlottesville, Virginia since 1982 following their Italian grandmother’s recipe. Valente Market pasta is made in the traditional way; it is mixed, rolled, cut, and air-dried. Their non-GMO plant-based pasta ingredients are hard spring wheat flour, vegetable powders, herbs, seasonings, and water. There are NO eggs, soy, dairy, nuts, or fish in their facility. Their flour is grown and milled in the United States. The pasta cooks in 3-5 minutes and tastes just like fresh. Follow the recipe on the package. The shelf life is 18 months +.
