2 med sweet potatoes, cut into spears with skin on
3-4 tablespoons Garlic Infused olive oil
2 tablespoons Vermont Maple Dark Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven to 450. Cut potatoes into spears. Place on baking sheet and sprinkle with Garlic Infused Olive Oil, Vermont Maple Dark Balsamic Vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Spread evenly and bake for about 15 minutes. Mix again thoroughly, turning potatoes and bake an additional 5-10 mins or until lightly browned.
